For anyone who happens to be reading this, I will buy W$ and T$ at 90 cents and 95 cents on the dollar, respectively. I will buy up to any amount of T$ - I would be readily willing to convert my entire roll into T$ if I got the 5% discount - and I'm down to buy maybe $500 worth of W$ for now.
